The B.O.L.D. Center supports businesses, organizations, educational institutions, and faith-based entities on topics related to community enrichment, including instructional leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion, while working to improve the lives of marginalized families.
B.O.L.D. works to establish an institutional research enterprise involving critical partnerships and alliances amongst institutions of higher learning, workforce development and community programs. The Center includes a series of professional development *Instructional Modules that utilize synchronous, asynchronous, hybrid and fully in-person engagement.
What is Synchronous? - Fully online instructional course platforms with limited instructor contact with student guided pace topics.
What is Asynchronous? - Fully online instructional course with scheduled session with instructor led sessions.
What is hybrid? - A portion of scheduled in-person sessions with additional online course content.
What is fully in-person? - A course that fully meets in an in-person environment for direct interactions.
