Courtney Woods has 15 years of professional experience in sales, leadership development and and employee performance measures in supporting small and large businesses to create efficiency and value. A former outstanding collegiate volleyball student-athlete at Lamar University, Mrs. Woods understands first hand the importance of team chemistry, trust, relationship building, leadership and collaboration. She has served as Vice President of Sales, Upmarket Major Accounts Executive and Director of Leader Development for ADP (Always Designing for People).
